Terms of Service
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Products usually ship from stock the same day they are ordered if payment is made prior to noon that day, otherwise on the following business day. Customers will be advised of any other delays.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Payment may be made in cash, cashier's check, money order, wire or credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover Card only). Personal or company checks are accepted but must clear our bank prior to shipment of product.
SHIPPING & HANDLING Processors are shipped FOB Sparks, NV by UPS Ground or common carrier. Shipping cost for processors is typically $100-$300 to customers in the Continental US. Please contact the factory for an exact quote.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATION Orders may be cancelled without penalty for any reason prior to consignment of product to the carrier. Once the product is shipped, the “Product Returns” policy becomes applicable.
PRODUCT DELIVERY Customer must be available to receive the processor at the address provided with a signature. Delivery delays by the carrier are not the responsibility of the Company.
WARRANTY All new products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days after receipt of delivery. Factory retains the right to make any change to the materials or production methods provided the replacement product meets current published specifications. Factory retains the right to change the specifications without prior notice provided the product meets the published specifications. Warranty does not apply to any parts deemed damaged by customer due to improper use. The factory may ask for broken parts to be returned prior to shipping replacement parts.
RETURN OF UNUSED PRODUCTS FOR CREDIT Unused products will only be accepted within 30 days of the original ship date and when all parts are returned in unused ("like-new") condition and in the original packaging. There is a 20% re-stocking fee assessed when unused product is received at Factory. Any costs incurred at the Factory to bring the product back to sellable condition will be deducted from the customer's refund. Refunds are made in the same manner as the purchase was originally made. See “Product Returns” paragraph below.
PRODUCT RETURNS The customer must contact the company and obtain a valid Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) before returning any product or part to the Factory. This number must be clearly marked on all packages and shipping documents. In all cases the Customer must pre-pay the carrier to ship the returned goods to the Factory.
WARRANTY PARTS Applies only to used products/parts within the Warranty Period. See Product Returns for return of unused product. Factory retains the right to either provide replacement parts or replace the unit entirely. The Factory will pay for return shipping to the customer by UPS Ground. Warranty parts are warranted through original machine warranty period.
NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS PARTS Upon receipt of returned product to the Factory, the Customer will be notified of the results of product diagnosis and an estimate of the repair costs. The Customer will be charged the freight costs for returning the repaired or replacement part(s) back to them. Warranty on any repaired or non-warranty replacement parts is 30 days against defects in materials or workmanship.
